Agreement to official rules
By participating in the #TrueIndianOcean competition by Constance Hotels & Resorts, participant agrees to the Terms and Conditions of same.
Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the rights to request written proof of the winner’s address and age before awarding the prize. Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time they participate in the #TrueIndianOcean competition.
Constance Hotels & Resorts have the right to reject any entry that does not meet the laid Terms and Conditions.
Constance Hotels & Resorts accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computer malfunction, viruses, bugs, telephone malfunction or other such causes. Constance Hotels & Resorts have no responsibility for any malfunction, delay, loss or damage caused by the Facebook website, its malfunction, or the actions of its administrators.
All decisions made by Constance Hotels & Resorts regarding the #TrueIndianOcean compettion shall be considered final and will not be the subject of any correspondence.
How to enter
To access the #TrueIndianOcean competition participant will need to visit @ConstanceHotels on Facebook, click on the pinned post (Instant Experience) and fill in the entry form at the end.
Participation is only possible via Facebook. There will be only one entry per person.
By participating in the #TrueIndianOcean competition by Constance Hotels & Resorts, you authorise Constance Hotels & Resorts to publically announce your name on its digital platforms, namely Facebook, Instagram, website, newsletter and blog.
This competition is valid from the 4th of October 2019 at 23:59 UTC+4 till the 1st of November 2019 at 23:59 UTC+4.
Rights granted by you
By entering this Competition, you agree that:
Constance Hotels & Resorts has the right to use all or a part of your entry, your name and address (city and state/province/territory anywhere in the world and in perpetuity, for future advertising, trade, promotion and publicity in any manner and in any medium now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation and without notice to you and without consideration, review or approval from you; and you agree that you will not now nor in the future be paid for your Entry or for granting any of the rights set out in these rules.
The prize
The winner will be selected by a lucky draw.
The winner will receive a complimentary 7 night stay for two on Full Board basis at one of Constance Hotels & Resorts of your choice.
Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value, should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
The 7 nights’ complimentary hotel stay will remain subject to hotel availability & terms and conditions.
The participant is informed, acknowledges and accepts that the following are not included in the prize and shall be borne by him/her:
- Flight expenses
- Arrival and departure transfers to and from the hotel
- Any additional charges not included in the Full Board Package.
- Any damage made at the hotel.
Announcing the winner
The winner will be subsequently notified by Constance Hotels & Resorts by email – based on the contact details provided in the entry form of the competition.
Winner will be announced on the 14th of November 2019, on Constance Hotels & Resorts’ Facebook page.
The prize cannot be exchanged or sold in any manner for any other goods or services whatsoever, is non-refundable for cash either in part or in whole.
The winner must respond to the email from the organising Company within a period of seven (7) calendar days from its dispatch.
In the absence of a response within the aforementioned seven (7) day period, the winner shall be considered to have forfeited the prize. The unclaimed prize will be put back into play for a future contest.
The winner will have one year as from the official announcement to redeem the prize. Otherwise, the prize will be voided.
Exclusions
This competition is not open to Constance Hotels, Resorts & Golf employees. Constance Hotels & Resorts reserve the right to disqualify entries that it suspects of being fraudulent. No third party or bulk entries are permitted and will be disqualified.
Participating in the #TrueIndianOcean competition is voluntary. By entering, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any associated entry requirements. Any breach of these terms and conditions by a participant will void their entry.
Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry. Constance Hotels & Resorts accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
