Agreement to official rules
By participating in the #ConstanceArtLove Auction by Constance Hotels & Resorts, the participant agrees to the Terms and Conditions of same.
Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the rights to request written proof of the winner’s address and age before awarding the prize. Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time they participate in the #ConstanceArtLove Auction.
Constance Hotels & Resorts have the right to reject any entry that does not meet the laid Terms and Conditions.
Constance Hotels & Resorts accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computer malfunction, viruses, mobile phones, bugs, video malfunction or other such causes. Constance Hotels & Resorts have no responsibility for any malfunction, delay, loss or damage caused by Instagram, Facebook its malfunction, or the actions of its administrators.
*All hotel stay will be subject to hotels' availability.
All decisions made by Constance Hotels & Resorts regarding the #ConstanceArtLove Auction shall be considered final and will not be the subject of any correspondence.
How to Enter/Bid
By participating in the #ConstanceArtLove Auction by Constance Hotels & Resorts, the participant authorise Constance Hotels & Resorts to publically announce his/her name on its digital platforms, namely Facebook, Instagram, Website, Newsletter and Blog.
Validity
This competition is valid from 10th of May 2023 at 10am BST till the 12th of June 2023 at 11:00 BST
Nature and Humanity and Seychelles by Rabi Alieva paintings still open for bidding until the 12th.
Rights granted by you
By entering this Competition, you agree that:
Constance Hotels & Resorts has the right to use all or a part of your entry, your name and address (city and state/province/territory anywhere in the world and in perpetuity) for future advertising, trade, promotion and publicity in any manner and in any medium now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation and without notice to you and without consideration, review or approval from you; and you agree that you will not now nor in the future be paid for your Entry or for granting any of the rights set out in these rules.
Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value, should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
The participant is informed, acknowledges and accepts that the following are not included in the prize (hotel stay) and will be taken care of by him/her: flight expenses, hotel accommodation cost or any other expenses at the hotel are not included in the competition and is payable by the participant.
Any damage made at the hotel.
Announcing the winner
The winner will be subsequently notified by Constance Hotels & Resorts via direct message on Instagram.
Winner will be announced on 14th of June 2023 on Constance Hotels & Resorts’ Instagram account at 12 BST.
The prize cannot be exchanged or sold in any manner for any other goods or services whatsoever, is non-refundable for cash either in part or in whole.
The winner will have one year as from the official announcement to redeem the prize. Otherwise, the prize will be voided.
Participation in the #ConstanceArtLove Auction by Constance Hotels & Resorts is voluntary. By entering, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any associated entry requirements. Any breach of these terms and conditions by a participant will void his/her entry.
Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry. Constance Hotels & Resorts accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
