> A competition featuring four pastry chefs from Constance Belle Mare Plage and Constance Prince Maurice.
> For the 17th edition, Constance Gourmet Coffee competition will revolve around the creation of 3 bite-sized treats:
1) Creation of a bite-sized treat with the imposed ingredient being: Citrus Fruits & Fruits
2) Creation of a bite-sized treat with the imposed ingredient being: Valrhona Dark Chocolate
3) Creation of a free-choice bite-sized treat with the imposed ingredient being: A choice of creation that must complement a Nespresso Caffè Nocciola
>Each participant will be mentored by previous winners of the competition, who also serve as the Executive Pastry Chefs at Constance Hotels & Resorts.
>This competition promises to deliver creativity, delicate mignardises, and subtle coffee aromas, all combined to produce the finest delicacies.
