Spanish Degustation Menu in the Seychelles

The third and last delicious soirée of Chef Daniel Chavez at Constance Ephelia is sure to be a memorable one. On the menu, traditional Spanish Tapas including Churros, Cochinillo and Paella!

This 4th of August, the degustation menu at Helios Restaurant is definitely not to be missed! 

Menu as follows:

TO START
Gazpacho - cold tomato & cucumber soup, raspberry vinegar, pickled chilies
Cevichitos - fresh seafood, chilies, limes, canchita chulpi
Anticuchitos - marinated beef skewers, baby bananas, bean purée, panca chilies
Tortilla Rota - broken Spanish omelet, prawns, mushroom vinaigrette, potato crisps
Chorizo - simply pan fried in its oil, garlic toasted baguette
Salt Cod Fritters - salted cod, onion, potato, garlic, lemon dipping sauce
Empanadas - tomato & mozzarella, chicken, beef, potato served with chimichurri
Chickpea - homemade signature hummus, olive oil
Muhammara - walnuts, red snapper, pomegranate
Champignon with spinach, feta cheese, olive oil

MAIN
Paella Mar y Muntaya - pork, chicken & seafood paella, Spanish saffron, aioli sauce, rosemary
Cochinillo - roasted suckling pig “a la Segovia”
