La Paulée by Constance is a jovial homage to La Paulée de Meursault, a traditional event celebrating the end of the harvest in Burgundy.
Here in Mauritius at Constance Belle Mare Plage and Constance Prince Maurice, we like to celebrate it in great pomp! As such the celebration will start on the 16th of May till the end of the week with the great Night of La Paulée.
Before the great Night of La Paulée, each night will be dedicated to the exquisite wines of one particular vineyard.

The great night of La Paulée
will start with an aperitif at Constance Prince Maurice's Archipel Restaurant.
13 Wine references are on the menu and will be followed by a Michelin
Star dinner, crafted by Swedish Chef, Mikael Svensson.
