What are your thoughts on Constance culinary festival: Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau?
I am very happy and thankful to support this festival as I believe that the young chefs are our future. The multiple competitions held during the festival week are great opportunities for the chefs to showcase their dexterity and savoir-faire. Their skills are tested and broadened at the same time. It’s not every day you get to meet, cook with award-winning Chefs.
The beauty of this festival is that young talents are motivated and recognised.
Is there anything in particular that caught your attention during your stay at Constance Belle Mare Plage?
I am impressed by the facilities. Everybody is so happy and ready to assist. It’s simply beautiful here. This is how I imagined Paradise to be.
How would you rate the food quality?
I really like the Buffet restaurant. Everyone can choose what they want, taste different cuisines at a time and eat to their full. The fresh seafood is a true delice!
Do you have any tips for our guests?
Always use fresh ingredients in your kitchen. To recognise, close your eyes and take a good sniff. If you can still get the fragrance, it’s perfect! and you can simply let it guide you.
