Easy Noodle Recipe
On this Noodle day, go out of your comfort level and trying something new. Do no limit yourself to just the instant ones. Go ahead; discover the rice or buckwheat noodles.
There are a lot of noodle varieties out there and noodle dishes, enough to have a different dish every day for years!
And to celebrate Noodle Day here’s an easy noodle recipe from our Chef at Constance Belle Mare Plage.
INGREDIENTS:
100g Fresh Noodles, 20 g Cabbage, 20 g Carrot, 5g Chopped garlic, 40g Chicken Breast, 10g Bok Choi,
1 Egg, 20g White Vinegar, 10g Sugar, 5g Salt, 10g Soy Sauce, 5g Oyster Sauce, 5g Fish Sauce, 5g Garlic Tail, 5g Soy Oil
METHOD:
-Cut the carrot, cabbage and the bok choi in julienne style.
-Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.
-For the sauce: mix the vinegar, sugar, salt, chopped garlic and some of the chopped garlic tail. Reserve for later.
-Cook the chicken first, add the chopped garlic, carotte, noodles and all the sauce.
-Cook for 3 minutes and then put the cabbage, bok choi and the garlic tail at the end.
-To end, add a sunny side up egg on the fried noodles and garlic sauce to taste.
