Constance Ephelia will once again welcome Master Chocolatier, Philippe Bertrand for a delicious chocolate event. 
Mark the dates: Wednesday 08^th, Friday 10^th May and Sunday 12^th May.

Member of the French Academy of Chocolate and Confectionery, Association of Croquers of Chocolate Paris and numerous other associations of the chocolate and pastry world, Philippe is the first to be involved in the global gastronomic scene. He was named best Chocolatier and Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 1996.
