Agreement to official rules
By participating in La Paulée by Constance Contest you agree to the Terms and Conditions of La Paulée by Constance Contest, a promotional competition by Constance Hotels & Resorts.
Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the rights to request written proof of the Winner’s address and age before awarding the prize. Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time they participate in La Paulée by Constance Contest.
Constance Hotels & Resorts has the right to reject any entry that does not meet these Terms and Conditions. All entries will be individually monitored before publication.
Constance Hotels & Resorts accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computer malfunction, viruses, bugs, telephone malfunction or other such causes. Constance Hotels & Resorts has no responsibility for any malfunction, delay, loss or damage caused by Instagram, its malfunction, or the actions of its administrators. The promoters are in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party web sites or home page access or where any reproduction of the information contained on Instagram misstates or omits any of the information or Terms and Conditions connected with the contest.
All decisions made by Constance Hotels & Resorts regarding La Paulée by Constance Contest shall be considered final and will not be the subject of any correspondence.
How to enter
La Paulée by Constance Contest can be accessed via an email sent on Saturday 18th of May 2024, by Constance Hotels & Resorts during La Paulée event at Constance Prince Maurice.
Participation is only possible via Instagram or Facebook, with participants’ accounts set to ‘’Public Mode’’ until Wednesday 21st of May 2024. One entry per person per shared photos or video with the corresponding Tags and hashtags: @constancehotels, #ConstanceCellar, #LaPaulee
By participating in La Paulée by Constance Contest, participants authorise Constance Hotels & Resorts to contact them via the email address registered on the Photo booth on Saturday 18th of May 2024 during La Paulée event at Constance Prince Maurice.
This competition is valid from Saturday 18th of May at 18:00 UTC+4 to Tuesday 21st of May 2024 at 23:59 UTC+4
Rights granted by you
By entering La Paulée by Constance Contest, you agree that:
Constance Hotels & Resorts has the right to use all or a part of your entry, your name and address (city and state/province/territory anywhere in the world and in perpetuity), for future advertising, trade, promotion and publicity in any manner and in any medium now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation and without notice to you and without consideration, review or approval from you; and you agree that you will not now nor in the future be paid for your Entry or for granting any of the rights set out in these rules.
The prize
On Wednesday 22nd of May 2024, a lucky draw will determine the winner amongst photos uploaded on Instagram or Facebook (photo or video sent by email on Saturday 18th of May 2024 by Constance Hotels & Resorts and shared by participants on their own Instagram or Facebook account) with the corresponding Tags and hashtags: @constancehotels, #ConstanceCellar #LaPaulee
The winner will receive a voucher for a dinner for two at Le Barachois, Constance Prince Maurice.
Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value, should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
Announcing the winner
The winner will be subsequently notified by Constance Hotels & Resorts via email.
The prize cannot be exchanged or sold in any manner for any other goods or services whatsoever and is non-refundable for cash either in part or in whole.
The winner must respond to the email from the organizing Company within a period of seven (7) calendar days from its dispatch.
In the absence of a response within the aforementioned seven (7) day period, the winner shall be considered to have forfeited the prize. The unclaimed prize will be put back into play for a future contest.
Exclusions
This contest is not open to Constance Hotels & Resorts employees.
Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to disqualify entries that it suspects of being fraudulent. No third party or bulk entries are permitted and will be disqualified.
Participation in La Paulée by Constance Contest is voluntary. By entering, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any associated entry requirements. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by a participant will void their entry.
Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry. Constance Hotels & Resorts accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.

Information collected from participants in La Paulée by Constance Contest is subject to Constance Hotels & Resorts’ Privacy Policy.
