Constance Festival Culinaire presents Constance Café Gourmand in collaboration with Nespresso.

  • For the 19th edition, the Constance Gourmet Coffee Competition will revolve around the creation of three mignardises:

      • Mignardise 1: Gluten Free Mignardise
      • Mignardise 2: Fruit Base Mignardise
      • Mignardise 3: Chocolate Mignardise, paired with Nespresso Volluto Capsule

    This competition promises to deliver creativity, delicate mignardises, and subtle coffee aromas, all coming together to create the finest delicacies.
