For the 19th edition, the Constance Gourmet Coffee Competition will revolve around the creation of three mignardises:

- Mignardise 1: Gluten Free Mignardise
- Mignardise 2: Fruit Base Mignardise
- Mignardise 3: Chocolate Mignardise, paired with Nespresso Volluto Capsule
This competition promises to deliver creativity, delicate mignardises, and subtle coffee aromas, all coming together to create the finest delicacies.
