Agreement to official rules

By participating in Constance Festival Culinare’s voting poll by Constance Hotels & Resorts, the participant agrees to the Terms and Conditions of same.

Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to request written proof of the winner’s address and age before awarding the prize. Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time they participate in the voting poll.

Constance Hotels & Resorts have the right to reject any entry that does not meet the laid Terms and Conditions.

Constance Hotels & Resorts accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computer malfunction, viruses, bugs, telephone malfunction or other such causes.

All decisions made by Constance Hotels & Resorts regarding Constance Festival Culinaire’s winners shall be considered final and will not be the subject of any correspondence.

Competitions & How to vote

There are five competitions, each with its own dedicated voting poll. Voting will be open as follows:

16^th March 2026
Constance Café Gourmand Competition -Voting starts at 16h00 on the 16^th March until Saturday 21^st  at 10 am GMT+4.

17^th March 2026
Jars Arts of the Table Trophy -Voting starts at 16h00 on the 17^th March until Saturday 21^st  at 10 am GMT+4.

18^th March 2026
Pierre Hermé Trophy Competition -Voting starts at 16h00 on the 18^th March until Saturday 21^st  at 10 am GMT+4.

20^th March 2026
Deutz Trophy Competition -Voting starts at 16h00 on the 20^th March until Saturday 21^st  at 10 am GMT+4.
Régis Marcon Trophy Competition -Voting starts at 16h00 on the 20^th March until Saturday 21^st  at 10 am GMT+4.

Voting is only possible via the Constance Festival Culinaire website on the Competitions page. Only one entry per competition is permitted. Participants are encouraged to vote in all five competitions.

By participating in Constance Festival Culinare’s voting poll by Constance Hotels & Resorts, you authorise Constance Hotels & Resorts to publically announce your name on its digital platforms, namely Facebook, Instagram, website, newsletter and blog.

Rights granted by you 

By voting, you agree that Constance Hotels & Resorts has the right to use all or part of your entry, your name and your city and country of residence anywhere in the world and in perpetuity, for advertising, trade, promotion and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, without compensation, notice, review or approval.

Prizes

Constance Café Gourmand Competition - Prize: 1 Nespresso Machine
Deutz trophy Competition - Prize: 1 Magnum Deutz
Régis Marcon Trophy Competition - Prize: 3 nights at Constance Belle Mare Plage on Bed & Breakfast basis
Jars Arts of the Table Trophy - Prize: 6 deep plates & 6 dessert plates by JARS
Pierre Hermé Trophy Competition - Prize: 3 nights at Constance Belle Mare Plage on Bed & Breakfast basis

Winners will be selected through a lucky draw. Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.

The 3 nights’ complimentary hotel stay will remain subject to hotel availability; (excluding peak season, i.e. Golden Week Holiday, School Holidays, Christmas, New Year & Easter period). The booking will be confirmed 6 weeks prior arrival date. The hotel reserve the right to cancel stay during overbooking periods. The prize does not include stays, drinks, green tax fee and personal expenses related to the stay. No transportation airport-hotel-airport included.

Participants acknowledge and accept that the following expenses are not included in the prize and shall be borne by the winner:

• Flight expenses

• Arrival and departure transfers to and from the hotel

• Postage costs for JARS plates

• Any damages incurred at the hotel during the stay.

Announcing the winners

Winners will be notified by email using the contact details provided in the competition entry form.

Winners will be officially announced on 21st March 2026 on the Constance Festival Culinaire website, Competitions page and social media platforms.

Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold or redeemed for cash in whole or in part.

Each winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days following notification.

Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Winners will have one year from the official announcement date to redeem their prize. After this period, the prize will become void.

Exclusions

This competition is not open to employees of Constance Hotels, Resorts & Golf.

Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to disqualify any entry suspected of fraud.

Third-party or bulk entries are not permitted and will be disqualified.

Participating in Constance Festival Culinare’s voting poll by Constance Hotels & Resorts is voluntary. By entering, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any associated entry requirements. Any breach of these terms and conditions by a participant will void their entry.

Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry. Constance Hotels & Resorts accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.

Information collected from entrants is subject to Constance Hotels & Resorts Privacy Policy
By participating in the voting polls, you agree to receive marketing information about Constance Hotels & Resorts' services.
