SALIENT FEATURES:
COMET is a 12 month Management training program at Constance Hotels and Resorts.
The Training is work-based and available at the following Constance Hotels:
Constance Belle Mare Plage, Mauritius
Constance Prince Maurice, Mauritius
Constance Lemuria, Seychelles
Constance Ephelia, Seychelles
Constance Halaveli, Maldives
Constance Moofushi, Maldives
The Program aims to develop local talent for future Leadership roles at Constance.
A remunerated and well-rounded program with exposure to all core departments and in at least 2 Constance hotels in the Indian Ocean.
Guaranteed placement at an entry level managerial position upon successful completion.
Deployment in core departments only - Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B Service or Kitchen.
Intake as from mid-October 2021.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Open to Hotel management graduates or equivalent diploma holders.
Open to local candidates from Mauritius, Maldives, Seychelles & Madagascar, for traineeship in a Constance Hotel in their country.
THE CURRICULUM
6 months exposure in all departments.
6 months specialization in chosen core department- Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B Service or Kitchen.
