Terms & Conditions
Agreement to official rules
By participating in Constance Festival Culinare’s voting poll by Constance Hotels & Resorts, the participant agrees to the Terms and Conditions of same.
Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to request written proof of the winner’s address and age before awarding the prize. Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time they participate in the voting poll.
Constance Hotels & Resorts have the right to reject any entry that does not meet the laid Terms and Conditions.
Constance Hotels & Resorts accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computer malfunction, viruses, bugs, telephone malfunction or other such causes.
All decisions made by Constance Hotels & Resorts regarding Constance Festival Culinaire’s winners shall be considered final and will not be the subject of any correspondence.
Competitions & How to vote
There is a total of five competitions with one voting poll for each. Voting will be open as follows:
12th March 2024
Constance Café Gourmand Competition -Voting starts at 16h00 on the 12th until Saturday 16th at 10 am GMT+4.
13th March 2024
Deutz Trophy Competition -Voting starts at 16h00 on the 13th until Saturday 16th at 10 am GMT+4.
Régis Marcon Trophy Competition -Voting starts at 16h00 on the 13th till until Saturday 16th at 10 am GMT+4.
14th March 2024
Jars Arts of the Table Trophy -Voting starts at 16h00 on the 14th until Saturday 16th at 10 am GMT+4.
Pierre Hermé Trophy Competition -Voting starts at 16h00 on the 15th until Saturday 16th at 10 am GMT+4.
Voting for all the competitions will only be possible on Constance Festival Culinaire’s website, The Competitions page. Only one entry per competition, do not hesitate to vote for all five!
By participating in Constance Festival Culinare’s voting poll by Constance Hotels & Resorts, you authorise Constance Hotels & Resorts to publically announce your name on its digital platforms, namely Facebook, Instagram, website, newsletter and blog.
Rights granted by you
By voting, you agree that:
Constance Hotels & Resorts has the right to use all or a part of your entry, your name and address (city and state/province/territory anywhere in the world and in perpetuity, for future advertising, trade, promotion and publicity in any manner and in any medium now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation and without notice to you and without consideration, review or approval from you; and you agree that you will not now nor in the future be paid for your Entry or for granting any of the rights set out in these rules.
Prizes
Constance Café Gourmand Competition - Prize: 1 Nespresso Machine Vertuo Pop
Deutz trophy Competition - Prize: 1 Magnum Deutz Brut Classic
Régis Marcon Trophy Competition - Prize: 3 nights at Constance Belle Mare Plage in Half Board
Jars Arts of the Table Trophy - Prize: 6 deep plates & 6 dessert plates by Jars
Pierre Hermé Trophy Competition - Prize: 3 nights at Constance Belle Mare Plage in Half Board
The winner will be selected by a lucky draw. Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value, should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
The 3 nights’ complimentary hotel stay will remain subject to hotel availability & terms and conditions.
The participant is informed, acknowledges and accepts that the following are not included in the prize and shall be borne by him/her:
- Flight expenses
- Arrival and departure transfers to and from the hotel
- Postage of JARS plates
- Any damage made at the hotel.
Announcing the winner
The winner will be subsequently notified by Constance Hotels & Resorts by email – based on the contact details provided in the entry form of the competition. Winner will be announced on the 16th of March 2024, Constance Festival Culinaire’s website, The Competitions page and social media pages.
Applicable to all prizes: Prizes cannot be exchanged or sold in any manner for any other goods or services whatsoever, is non-refundable for cash either in part or in whole.
The winner of each competition must respond to the email from the organising company within a period of seven (7) calendar days from its announcement.
In the absence of a response within the aforementioned seven (7) day period, the winner shall be considered to have forfeited the prize.
The winner will have one year from the official announcement to redeem the prize. Otherwise, the prize will be voided.
Exclusions
This competition is not open to Constance Hotels, Resorts & Golf employees. Constance Hotels & Resorts reserve the right to disqualify entries that it suspects of being fraudulent. No third-party or bulk entries are permitted and will be disqualified.
Participating in Constance Festival Culinare’s voting poll by Constance Hotels & Resorts is voluntary. By entering, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any associated entry requirements. Any breach of these terms and conditions by a participant will void their entry.
Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry. Constance Hotels & Resorts accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
