- The benefit is available exclusively to active Echo Privilege Club Platinum Breeze and Diamond Sky members.
- The eligible member must hold a valid qualifying reservation at a participating Constance Hotels & Resorts destination associated with the requested journey.
- Eligible members may request one complimentary VIP Concierge service: Arrival, Departure or Transit Meet & Greet, in accordance with the applicable usage rules.
- Requests must be submitted through the official booking form within the required advance-booking period.
- All requests are subject to eligibility verification, operational feasibility, availability and written confirmation by the designated handling team and service provider.
- The benefit is personal and non-transferable. Companion inclusion and charges for additional passengers, where applicable, are governed by the confirmed benefit conditions.
- Members are responsible for providing complete and accurate reservation, passenger and flight details, and for communicating any subsequent changes promptly.
- Amendments are subject to availability. Cancellation, late-cancellation and no-show conditions may apply.
