Constance Hospitality Management Ltd has identified and taken action to block the unauthorised access to its booking system. 

Please rest assured that these messages do not originate from Constance Hospitality Management Ltd or any of our official channels.

Phishing attempts of this nature are handled with the highest level of diligence, and our teams actively monitor for any related risks.

For your safety and security, we kindly recommend that you:

• Do not engage with, reply to, or click on any links in suspicious messages.

• Never share personal details or payment information in response to such requests.

• Block and report the sender's number directly within the application.

We are making an urgent appeal to our guests and public in general, not to fall into this trap and to report any suspicious case through our official listed channel [email protected].
