Constance Hotels & Resorts’ 50th anniversary has been marked with a series of special celebrations, including a memorable gala dinner at The Deer Hunter Restaurant on 17th November, in honour of the guests who have been part of our journey across the decades.

Repeater guests from both Constance Belle Mare Plage and Constance Prince Maurice were invited for an evening designed as a heartfelt gesture of appreciation and a reaffirmation of our commitment to exceptional hospitality.

To honour our guests with a truly exceptional celebration, we welcomed Michelin-starred chef Michael Reiss, whose culinary expertise turned the evening at The Deer Hunter into a celebration to remember.

His bespoke menu for our gala evening transformed the evening into a rare gastronomic experience, harmonising artistry, precision and the spirit of celebration.
