A Celebration of Saint-Émilion at Flame & Tide

On 20th March 2026, Constance Le Chaland invites you to an exceptional wine dinner at Flame & Tide restaurant, where heritage, terroir, and culinary artistry come together for a truly immersive experience.

At the heart of the evening is Ludovic Martin, winegrower from Saint-Émilion and co-owner of Château Milens. Nestled within one of Bordeaux’s most prestigious appellations, Château Milens is a family-run estate where tradition meets a thoughtful, modern approach to winemaking.

With a deep respect for the land, Ludovic Martin cultivates his vineyards with precision and patience, allowing the unique character of the limestone-rich soils of Saint-Émilion to express itself in every bottle. His wines are known for their elegance, structure, and balance, reflecting both the authenticity of the terroir and the meticulous care invested from vine to cellar.

This exclusive dinner offers guests the rare opportunity to engage directly with the winemaker, gaining insight into his philosophy, the nuances of each vintage, and the story behind every cuvée poured throughout the evening.

Beginning at 19:00, the experience unfolds through a refined wine tasting menu at Flame & Tide restaurant, where each dish has been thoughtfully crafted to complement the wines.
