Agreement to Official Rules:

By participating in the “Ocean of Stories Giveaway,” by Constance Hotels & Resorts, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Participation implies full acceptance of all rules.

Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to request proof of age and/or identity of any winner before awarding a prize. Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to receive marketing information from Constance Hotels & Resorts, which they may unsubscribe from at any time.

Entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be rejected at Constance Hotels & Resorts’ discretion. The company accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, or delayed due to technical issues, computer malfunctions, viruses, or any other causes beyond its control.

All decisions made by Constance Hotels & Resorts regarding the winner are final and binding.

Competition Details:

The competition invites participants to share what the ocean means to them with a content captured at any Constance Hotels & Resorts for a chance to win a 4-night stay at Constance Moofushi and more.

The competition will run from 11th November 2025 at 14:00 (Mauritius time, GMT+4) until 25th November 2025 at 14:00 (Mauritius time, GMT+4)

Winners will be announced on 28th November 2025 on Constance Hotels & Resorts’ Facebook & Instagram. 

All content must be posted on Facebook. Content shared anywhere else, will not be considered and cannot be considered as an official submission to stand a chance to win, be part of the lucky draw.

Content submissions must focus on the following: Ocean adventures (diving, snorkelling, boating), sustainability (reef protection, eco efforts), wildlife encounters (manta rays, turtles, fish, sharks..), scenic beauty (sunrise or sunset over the lagoon, ocean horizons) or personal connections (moments that touched or transformed them)

By sharing what the ocean means to you with a photo or video on Facebook, you consent to Constance Hotels & Resorts featuring this content on its social media channels, website, and newsletters. Including paid ads.

 

How to Enter:

👍 Like and follow @ConstanceHotels on Facebook.

🏝️ Like and follow the Facebook page of the Constance hotel where your ocean content was captured.

📸 Post your ocean image or video on your Facebook feed.

🏷 Tag both @ConstanceHotels and the specific resort where your moment was captured.

✍️ Add a short sentence describing what the ocean means to you.

⏰ Entries open from 11–25 November 2025.

Winner Selection:

Winner will be selected through a lucky draw. Every entry is treasured, but only 1 winner will be chosen at random.

Winner will be notified by Facebook message. Winner must respond within 3 calendar days of notification to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes after this period will be forfeited.

Winner will have one year from the announcement date to redeem their prize, unless otherwise specified.

 

Use of Entries:

By entering, participants grant Constance Hotels & Resorts the right to use all or part of their story, name, and location for promotional purposes across its digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, website, newsletter, and blog, in perpetuity and worldwide, without additional compensation or approval.

 

Exclusions:

The competition is not open to employees of Constance Hotels & Resorts and C Resorts.

Entries suspected to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified.

Bulk or third-party submissions are not permitted.

 

Privacy:

Personal data collected will be handled in accordance with GDPR and the Constance Hotels & Resorts Privacy Policy, used only for competition administration and marketing where consent is given.
By entering, participants consent to receive marketing communications from Constance Hotels & Resorts.

 

General Conditions:

Participation is voluntary. By entering, all participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

The competition is open to participants worldwide, except in countries or jurisdictions where participation is prohibited by law.

Stays are subject to hotel availability, during off-peak season and can only be confirmed a maximum of 3 months prior to intended travel dates.

For any questions regarding the competition, participants may contact us via direct message on Facebook or Instagram.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, and that by entering, participants agree to release Facebook of all responsibility and liability related to the promotion.

Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway or these Terms & Conditions where necessary due to events outside its control.

Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of fraud, manipulation, or breach of the rules.

Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of equivalent value if any specified prize becomes unavailable. All hotel stay is subject to availably.

The prize does not include flights, airport–hotel transfers, green taxes, GST, or any additional expenses, which will be the responsibility of the winner.

 

Privacy:

Personal data collected during the entry process is subject to Constance Hotels & Resorts’ Privacy Policy. By entering, participants agree to receive promotional emails, which they may unsubscribe from at any time.

 

Governing Law:

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mauritian courts.
