Chef Vincent Arnould is a Michelin-starred French chef and recipient of the Meilleur Ouvrier de France title.
Known for his elegant and authentic approach to cuisine, he combines French tradition with creative flair to enhance the natural essence of each ingredient.
As Executive Chef of Le Vieux Logis in Trémolat, his dishes reflect precision, passion, and respect for local produce.
His collaboration with Constance Belle Mare Plage brings a refined touch of French gastronomy to Mauritius.
