COMET is a 9 month long Management training program at Constance Hotels and Resorts.
Duration: 9-month consecutive training program leading to a permanent placement

The Training is work-based and available at the following Constance Hotels:
Constance Belle Mare Plage, Mauritius
Constance Prince Maurice, Mauritius
Constance Lemuria, Seychelles
Constance Ephelia, Seychelles
Constance Halaveli, Maldives
Constance Moofushi, Maldives
SALIENT FEATURES:
- The Program aims to develop local talent for future Leadership roles at Constance.
- A remunerated and well-rounded program with exposure to all core departments and in at least 2 Constance hotels in the Indian Ocean.
- Guaranteed placement at an entry-level leadership position upon successful completion.
- Deployment in core departments only - Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B Service or Kitchen.
- Intake as from March 2024.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Open to Hotel management graduates or equivalent diploma holders.
- Open to local candidates from Mauritius, Maldives, Seychelles & Madagascar, for traineeship in a Constance Hotel in their country.
THE CURRICULUM:
- Exposure in all departments.
- Specialization in chosen core department- Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B Service or Kitchen.
- On the job learning | Online Learning | Project work | Trade visits | Management shadowing.
- Master classes with subject specialists on E-Business, Revenue Management, Human Resource Management, Sales & more.
