Share & Win, Where the heart stays Terms & Conditions
Agreement to Official Rules:
By participating in the “Share & Win, Where the heart stays” competition by Constance Hotels & Resorts, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Participation implies full acceptance of all rules.
Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to request proof of age and/or identity of any winner before awarding a prize. Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to receive marketing information from Constance Hotels & Resorts, which they may unsubscribe from at any time.
Entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be rejected at Constance Hotels & Resorts’ discretion. The company accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, or delayed due to technical issues, computer malfunctions, viruses, or any other causes beyond its control.
All decisions made by Constance Hotels & Resorts regarding winners are final and binding.
Competition Details:
The competition invites participants to share their most cherished Constance moment/story for a chance to win one of ten prizes, which include stays across our Indian Ocean destinations.
The competition will run from 16 October 2025 at 14:00 (Mauritius time, GMT+4) until 30 October 2025 at 14:00 (Mauritius time, GMT+4)
Winners will be announced on 3 November 2025 on our website and social media platforms.
All stories must be submitted via the official 50 years, Share & Win, Where the heart stays form. Stories shared anywhere else, will not be considered and cannot be considered as an official submission to stand a chance to win, be part of the lucky draw.
Your story may include up to five photos and one short video (maximum 20 seconds). By sharing your story, photos, and video, you consent to Constance Hotels & Resorts featuring this content on our social media channels, website, and newsletters.

Each participant may submit one story only.
Prizes:
There are 10 prizes to be won, which include stays at Constance Hotels & Resorts across Mauritius, Maldives, Seychelles, Madagascar, and Rodrigues.
Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of equivalent value if any specified prize becomes unavailable.
Note: Unless explicitly stated, prizes do not include travel, transfers, or additional expenses, which are the responsibility of the winner.
Ten winning stories will be selected at random through a lucky draw.
1st Prize: 1 stay for 2 at Constance Belle Mare Plage and Constance Prince Maurice in Mauritius on Half Board – 6 nights (3 nights at Constance Belle Mare Plage, 3 nights at Constance Prince Maurice)
2nd Prize: 1 stay for 2 at Constance Prince Maurice, Mauritius on Half Board – 2 nights
3rd Prize: 1 stay for 2 at Constance Belle Mare Plage, Mauritius on Half Board – 2 nights
4th Prize: 1 stay for 2 at Constance Halaveli, Maldives on Half Board – 2 nights
5th Prize: 1 stay for 2 at Constance Ephelia, Seychelles on Half Board – 2 nights
6th Prize: 1 stay for 2 at Constance Lemuria, Seychelles on Half Board – 2 nights
7th Prize: 1 stay for 2 at Constance Tsarabanjina, Madagascar on All-Inclusive – 2 nights
8th Prize: 1 stay for 2 at Constance Moofushi, Maldives on All-Inclusive – 2 nights
9th Prize: 1 stay for 2 at Constance Tekoma, Rodrigues on Half Board – 2 nights
10th Prize: 1 stay for 2 at Constance Sakoa Boutik, Mauritius on Half Board – 2 nights
Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected through a lucky draw. Every entry is treasured, and 10 winners will be chosen at random.
Winners will be notified by email using the contact information provided at entry. Winners must respond within 3 calendar days of notification to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes after this period will be forfeited.
Winners will have one year from the announcement date to redeem their prize, unless otherwise specified.
Use of Entries:
By entering, participants grant Constance Hotels & Resorts the right to use all or part of their story, name, and location for promotional purposes across its digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, website, newsletter, and blog, in perpetuity and worldwide, without additional compensation or approval.
Exclusions:
The competition is not open to employees of Constance Hotels & Resorts and C Resorts.
Entries suspected to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified.
Bulk or third-party submissions are not permitted.
Privacy:
Information collected from participants is subject to the Constance Hotels & Resorts Privacy Policy. By entering, participants consent to receive marketing communications from Constance Hotels & Resorts.
General:
Participation is voluntary. By entering, all participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
Stays are subject to availability,during off-peak season and can only be confirmed a maximum of 3 months prior to intended travel dates.
For any questions regarding the competition, participants may contact us via direct message on Facebook or Instagram.
General Conditions:
Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway or these Terms & Conditions where necessary due to events outside its control.
Substitute prizes of equal or greater value may be offered if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of fraud, manipulation, or breach of the rules.
Privacy:
Personal data collected during the entry process is subject to Constance Hotels & Resorts’ Privacy Policy. By entering, participants agree to receive promotional emails, which they may unsubscribe from at any time.
Governing Law:
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mauritian courts.
