We’re delighted to welcome the return of the Constance Festival Culinaire for its 19th edition this March 2026. A celebration of passion, creativity and craftsmanship that continues to bring together talented chefs and unforgettable moments year after year.

From 13th to 21st March 2026, the stunning grounds of luxury hotels and resorts  Constance Belle Mare Plage and Constance Prince Maurice will welcome a celebration of culinary delights, innovation and creativity. Together we will toast to 19 years of culinary delights, cultural exchange and moments of pure gastronomic bliss. Here, chefs, pastry artists and artisans of the table will gather in celebration of what they love most: the joy of cooking and sharing unforgettable memories.

Constance Festival Culinaire has always been more than a gathering of celebrated names. It is where passion meets craftsmanship in its most inspiring form. For nearly two decades, Michelin star chefs and world-renowned pastry artists have partnered with the dedicated culinary teams of Constance Hotels & Resorts to produce a celebration of taste.

Through close collaboration, teams prepare for the prestigious trophy challenges, testing their ability to innovate under pressure and honour the highest quality precision. The process itself becomes the highlight - this is where ideas evolve, flavours are refined through exchange and creativity flourishes.

The Constance Festival Culinaire competitions for 2026:

  • The Régis Marcon Trophy invites chefs to dream boldly and cook in harmony, blending vision and teamwork into dishes that reflect both individuality and unity.

  • The Deutz Trophy honours the delicate dialogue between cuisine and champagne, where balance, nuance and pairing become a symphony for the senses.

  • The Pierre Hermé Trophy transforms pastry into poetry, where texture and sweetness speak their own language and precision becomes an expression of beauty.

  • The Jars Arts of the Table Trophy celebrates the elegance of presentation and the grace of service, reminding us that gastronomy is as much about experience as it is about flavour.

  • The Constance Café Gourmand explores the deep, comforting notes of coffee and chocolate, revealing creativity in its most indulgent and imaginative form.

Among them are celebrated chefs such as Régis Marcon, whose vision and dedication continue to inspire generations of cooks, and Pierre Hermé, a master of pastry artistry known for elevating sweetness into an unmistakable form of expression.
