Carol from the central reservation office with nine years of working experience considers that a good Constance stay should start at the time of booking and not upon arrival.
Keeping this in mind, she helps guests prepare their stay in the smoothest way possible. Carol believes that a guest should not be subject to any stress at the time of booking and all necessary information involving his stay must be communicated so as to avoid bad surprises upon arrival thus, resulting in a bad experience.
What motivates Carol: “Being in direct contact with our potential guests and turning them into Constance customers.”
When Ron, Assistant Front Office Manager at Constance Ephelia was asked about his contribution in a guest holiday, he replied: Time.
For Ron, it’s being able to spend some time with a guest, recommending activities they can try, a restaurant that suits them or helps in making a special occasion even more memorable with little touches.
“It’s all about the time I can give to see the smiles and joy on the guests’ faces when everything just falls into place. If I do not give them my time,

Azraana, who is the Assistant Front Office Manager at Constance Moofushi Maldives rely on her skills to deliver the right service and make guests’ stay memorable. Going the extra mile is just a detail for her, for instance when she organised a one-of-a-kind experience for 6 years old Lily who was staying at Constance Moofushi with her parent.
Little Lily appreciated the Traditional Dance of Maldives (show held weekly) so much that she requested to have the same dance outfit and dance together with Azraana for the next show.
Azraana brilliantly managed to get the dress done for her, and the show was held on Sunday 16th of July!
Our Japanese Public Relations & Sales Executive, Yuri, who handles all Japanese guests at Constance Belle Mare Plage and Constance Prince Maurice, believes that when guests feel comfortable, then their stay become memorable.
And when guests know that there is a Japanese speaking staff at the hotel, they are relieved and enjoy their stay to the max.

Being in the hotel industry for almost 24 years, Akshada - Assistant Guest Relations Manager at Constance Prince Maurice say that her main duty: “is to make our guests who are away from home feel at home”.
Akshada’s role is at the forefront of customer service. Her position is ensuring that guests are happy from the moment they step into the hotel until they leave. She proudly says that her rich experience together with the pride she has for the hotel allows her to carry her role brilliantly!
Her motivation is people; meeting new people every day, getting to learn more about themselves while assisting them is what drives Akshada. She is at her happiest when conducting hotel visits & explaining guests the authentic story and concept of Constance Prince Maurice.
