Love for food and cooking has been instilled to Chef Nicholas very early as he started working as an apprentice with his father in Relais de Sainte St Victoire, Aix en Provence.
From the Grand Hyatt Cannes Hotel Martinez to Le Moulin de Mougins; the Chef worked under some leading figures in French gastronomy like Roger Verge, Christain Viller and Jean-Marie Gautier.

From Chef to Entrepreneur; Chef Nicolas also created and developed a new concept restaurant - 
33 Fusion Restaurant in various part of Switzerland.
