Simply quote your membership number when booking with us or at any time during stay!

Send your claim to claimmiles@constancehotels.com within 12 months of your stay with your name,
Miles & Smiles membership number, date of arrival and invoice.

• A valid Turkish Airlines Miles & Smiles membership card must be presented upon check-in
• Offer is valid only for members of Turkish Airlines Miles & Smiles named on the membership card.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and for Elite Card & Elite Card Plus members only.
• Members bookings via our central reservation office or website on public rates are entitled to miles on both accommodation and extras
• Members bookings via any third party will earn miles on extras only
