As we are approaching the end of this fabulous edition; Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau at
Constance Belle Mare Plage , a special thought goes to all the participating teams…
Each team had for task to create: 1 canapé, 1 starter & 1 main course with a couple of imposed ingredients
and a few of their own choices.
After three consecutive preparation days, local cooks parted from their designated Michelin star chefs
to finally make THE masterpiece that will earn the winning title and trophy.
