Chef Jordi Vila started his career in Barcelona where he mastered classic Catalan cuisine.
From a versatile to talented Chef, his career and experience kicked off when he travelled around the world to learn and master other cuisines such as classic Irish, classic South Pacific, hot and cold delicacies.
Later on, Chef Jordi took greater posts as he shifted to some of the world’s most renowned Michelin Star Restaurants,L'atelier de Joel Robuchon-London, El Bulli-Barcelona and Bacchus Restaurant, Vivat Bacchus
both in the metropolitan city of London.
After the Bermondsey Square Hotel London, he heard the Maldives calling and has been the Executive Chef of Constance Halaveli Maldives since. During those three years, Chef Jordi has been assembling colours and taste to create luscious dishes that plays a great role in the stay of our discerning guests.
