The team demonstrated great skills:
In terms of originality, flavour and colour,
overall attractiveness, use and knowledge of the local produce
and, of course, the taste!
Presented dishes were:
Canapé- Tsar Tartare at Belle Mare
Starter- Salmon pannequets, watercress and green papaya
Main Course- Lacquered Oso Gambas with tamarind, curry of dholl and cocoa, taro leaves
Another festival which ended splendidly with new dishes and flavours until the next edition,
scheduled for the 25th of March until the 2nd of April 2017.
