2015 - William Frachot & Amit Chandel
William Frachot, with two stars in the Michelin Guide 2015 defines his cuisine as contemporary.
A master of flavours and textures, he ventures in creating dishes with contrasting textures and temperatures.
Last year, William Frachot and Amit Chandel from Constance Ephelia Seychelles enchant the Juries’ palate
and were crowned proud winners of Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau 10th edition.
2014: Masachi Ijichi & Dammika Sarath
Masachi Ijichi, originally from Japan is a Chef par excellence.
The star Michelin Chef’s dishes are known to be extremely pleasing, almost surreal with the
most unexpected ingredients!
Together, with Constance Halaveli Maldives’ Dammika Sarath;
they bagged the 9th edition trophy of Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau.
2013: Luc Mobihan & Hem Pulami
Inspired by his mother's cooking since a very young age; Luc Mobihan is passionate and humble
Michelin star chef who offer irresistible dishes with the most exquisite aromas.
His restaurant: Le Saint Placide with a delightful menu promises a succession of wonder!

2012: David Johansen & Ankur Daru
David Johansen, whose favourite ingredients are: Passion, love and creativity;
believes that food must evoke memories and tickles the taste buds.
A chef on a mission to explore and upgrade classic Danish recipes; the Michelin Star chef is sure
to be on the right path with his superb cuisine!
7th edition of the prestigious Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau made Ankur Daru from
Constance Ephelia Seychelles and David Johansen proud winners.
2011: Serge Vieira & Harrish Mungur
2015 Bocuse d’OR winner, Michelin star chef Serge Vieira likes his dishes simple yet highly creative
– with prime importance allocated to flavours and emotions!

were the winning team in the 6th edition.
2010: Bruce Poole & Patrick Travady
Bruce Poole, one of Britain’s best chefs and owner of three magnificent restaurants
has a very clear aim:
“Serving best food and drink but within a relaxed, informal yet thoroughly
professionally orchestrated environment”

took the winning title during the 5th edition.
2009: Dirk Schroer & Daniel Agathine
In charge of the gourmet cuisine at Relais Chateaux Burg Schwarzenstein since 2013;
Chef Schroer welcome his guests with creative, modern and seasonal creations.
Together with Patrick Agathine from Constance Lémuria Seychelles,
the fabulous pair made the winning title theirs in 2009.
2008: Bjorn Van Der Horst & Jocelyn Larose
A chef with extensive experiences and cultural influences;
Bjorn Van Der Horst believes that everything lies in the taste!
Bjorn Van Der Horst & Jocelyn Larose from Constance Belle Mare Plage won the very 3rd edition of
Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau.
2007: Wahabi Nouri & Arlando René
Wahabi Nouri, winner of the 2004 German Bocuse d’Or and owner of Le Piment Restaurant
offers classic French cuisine with a Moroccan twist.
Wahabi Nouri & Arlando Rosé from Constance Belle Mare Plage were crowned proud winners
in 2007 – 2nd edition of the festival
2006: Stéphane Dupuy & Sanjeev Matabadul
Stéphane Dupuy had the privilege to participate in the very first edition of
Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau in 2006.
Michelin star Chef Dupuy has been working at Fauchon, Paris
as well as working with Bernard Loiseau at Saulieu.
Together with Sanjeev Matabadul from Constance Belle Mare Plage, the first prestigious winning title was allocated to them.
