Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau kick off event - LONDON

Constance Hotels and Resorts hosted a fabulous dinner at the prestigious St James's Hotel & Club in London on 30th October for selected journalists, chefs and partners.   The evening was to celebrate and announce the 10th edition of the Bernard Loiseau Culinary Festival which will take place at Constance Belle Mare Plage in March 2015. Dominique Loiseau was in London for the event and gave a speech on the very special atmosphere of the Culinary Festival and the wonderful affiliation between Bernard Loiseau and Constance Hotels & Resorts.

Executive Chef Dominic Grel flew over from Mauritius to prepare the dinner in conjunction with Michelin starred chef William Drabble from St James's. Guests enjoyed a four course dinner.

Commented Karen Robinson from the Sunday Times 'It was a wonderful evening and built up great excitement for the Culinary Festival - there are clearly lots of extra initiatives planned to make the 2015 edition even more special!'
