Constance Hotels and Resorts retain its position among the top luxury hospitality brands
for the third consecutive year.
Meeting the expectations of its guests as per its rating in the Small Luxury Brand category of
the Top Luxury Hotel and Brand Report published this month by ReviewPro;
the Mauritian group of hotels, Constance Hotels and Resorts is proud and pleased about the report.
Constance Hotels and Resorts has been continuously increasing its
Global Review Index (GRI) since the first publication of this report.
From 93.7% in 2014, the group of hotels scores 94.5% this year.
This progress shows the on-going hard work towards perfection to offer optimum luxury services.
The Small Luxury Brands analysis was based on the reviews of 122 brands of the world
which manage fewer than 20 properties.
Like the two previous reports, this year again Constance Le Prince Maurice stands out
in the Individual Luxury Hotels ranking and in ‘Room’ and ‘Cleanliness’ categories
and Constance Moofushi Maldives distinguished itself for its location and rooms.

Review Pro analysed, 2,713,414 online guest reviews published during 2015 to gather insight from a broad range of luxury brands across the globe and demonstrate how hospitality has evolved. A total number of 2,690 properties that belong to 159 luxury hotel brands worldwide were evaluated.
