At the beginning if the festival, World Best Sommelier 2013, Paolo Basso hosted an exclusive
water and wine pairing by Paolo Basso - World Best Sommelier 2013
in partnership with Aqua Panna and San Pellegrino.
Our guests also had the chance to taste the ingenuity of
2015 Bocuse d’Or winner - Norwegian Orjan Johannessen over the festive week.
Held at Le Barachois Restaurant- Constance Le Prince Maurice, a sumptuous dinner was orchestrated.
On the third day, The Nespresso Café Gourmand Competition
was judged by Pierre Hermé, Dominique Loiseau, and Mercotte… not an easy task for our contestants
as they had to demonstrate their best skills.
Another magnificent soirée of the week was a dinner by French celebrity chef, Cyril Lignac
which was nicely held at Constance Le Prince Maurice.
Moreover, participants of the culinary festivals had for criteria: A star!
A star in the Michelin guide and they were:

Yusuke Goto from Amour Restaurant Tokyo,
Berwyn Davies from Glasshouse Restaurant,
Marc De Passorio from L'Esprit de la Violette Restaurant,
Tommi Tuominen from Demo Restaurant and Michael Husser from Le Cerf Restaurant.
A festive culinary week with celebrity chefs from around the world which added
a dash of intrigue, allowed the sharing of superb skills and inspired all contestants…
