Meanwhile at the Deer Hunter Restaurant, the culinary event move forward with an exclusive
water and wine pairing by Paolo Basso - World Best Sommelier 2013
in partnership with Aqua Panna and San Pellegrino.
For this event, Paolo Basso carried the tasting
with Eau De Constance, San Pellegrino and Aqua Panna water.
It is believed that Water if sip in succession with wine; the minerals, texture and acidity of bottled water
could influence its feel and enjoyment.
Classic sparkling wines and champagne are must be accompanied exclusively by Aqua Panna
water because they boast refined, elegant aromas and flavours.
Whereas San Pellegrino water is meant to be paired with full-bodied wines rich in tannins and high in acid
so that the two liquids do not impose on each other.
