Constance Tekoma Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Prize: A 2-night stay for two at Constance Tekoma Rodrigues on a half board meal plan (breakfast and dinner included).

1. Eligibility & Agreement to Rules:
By entering the Constance Tekoma Giveaway, participants fully and unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to request valid proof of age and residence before awarding the prize.
Employees of Constance Hotels & Resorts and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

• Like the official giveaway post

• Share the post to your Instagram Story

• Tag friends in the comments (each tag counts as one entry)

3. Giveaway Period:
The giveaway will run from 9 July 2025 to 16 July 2025 (23:59 MUT).
The winner will be announced on 18 July 2025 on Constance Tekoma’s Instagram page.

4. Winner Selection & Notification:
The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries and notified via direct message on Instagram.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash in whole or in part.
Flights and hotel transfers are not included.

5. Prize Redemption:
The winner has one year from the official announcement to redeem the stay, subject to hotel availability.
Availability is only confirmed three months prior to the intended stay date.
The prize excludes flights, airport transfers, and any other expenses not covered under the half board plan.

6. Rights Granted by Participants:
By entering the giveaway, participants grant Constance Hotels & Resorts the right to use their name and city/country of residence for promotional purposes across its digital platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, Website, Blog, and Newsletter) without additional compensation or notification.

7. LiabilityConstance Hotels & Resorts is not responsible for:

• Lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete entries due to technical issues

• Malfunctions or issues related to Instagram, third-party services, or internet disruptions

• Any damages, injuries, or losses suffered during the use of the prize

8. General Conditions:
Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway or these Terms & Conditions where necessary due to events outside its control.
Substitute prizes of equal or greater value may be offered if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to disqualify any individual suspected of fraud, manipulation, or breach of the rules.

9. Privacy:
Personal data collected during the entry process is subject to Constance Hotels & Resorts’ Privacy Policy. By entering, participants agree to receive promotional emails, which they may unsubscribe from at any time.

10. Governing Law:
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mauritian courts.
