COMPETITIONS & RULES

Monday 6 & Tuesday 7 December 2021

• The competition is an individual stableford event over 36 holes.
• Men (white tees): play will be in two categories, handicap index 10.4 and below, handicap index 10.5 and above with a playing/course handicap limit of 18
• Seniors of 65 years and above may play from the yellow tees and their playing/course handicap will be adjusted to the (WHS) course rating.
• Ladies (red tees): Handicap Index (WHS) applies. Playing/course handicap maximum of 20
• Prizes will be presented to the leading 3 competitors gross & net in each category.
• A competitor may only win one prize (gross taking preference).
• The decisions of the Tournament Committee are final.

Wednesday 8 December 2021

• The Pro-Am will consist of 3 amateurs and one professional.
• The format will be the best two scores of the four to count.
• Prizes will be presented to the amateurs of the leading teams in gross & net.
• A team may only win one prize (net taking preference).
• A playing/course handicap maximum of 18 will apply for men/seniors and 20 for ladies.
• Men (white tees), Ladies (red tees) & Seniors (yellow tees - 65 years and above).
• The decisions of the Tournament Committee are final.

Thursday 9 December 2021

• The Pro-Am will consist of 3 amateurs and one professional.
• The format will be in “Shamble” with the best two scores of the four to count.
• Prizes will be presented to the amateurs of the leading teams in gross & net.
• A team may only win one prize (net taking preference).
• A playing/course handicap maximum of 18 will apply for men/seniors and 20 for ladies.
• Men (white tees), Ladies (red tees) & Seniors (yellow tees - 65 years and above).
• The decisions of the Tournament Committee are final.

GENERAL
• Participation in the tournament is subject to confirmation by the organising committee.
• Play shall be in accordance with the rules of golf as laid down by the R & A and any local rules laid down by the organising committee.
• The committee reserves the right to amend or vary any condition of the competition. It also reserves the right to refuse any entry or vary the number of competitors.
• Mauritius residents must be licensed with the Mauritius Golf Federation.
