THE CONCEPT
For the fourth time, the Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau presents the Constance Pastry Competition
in collaboration with Pierre Hermé and Valrhona.
Six Constance Hotels and Resorts pastry Chefs, each accompanied by a student from the Vatel International Hotel &  ourism Management Business School in Mauritius, will be challenged to showcase
the extremely high quality and diversity of Valrhona chocolate.
The competition promises top level expertise, excellence and delicious art on a plate.
