THE CONCEPT
For the third consecutive year, the Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau presents the Constance Pastry Competition in collaboration with Pierre Hermé and Valrhona.
Five Constance Hotels and Resorts pastry Chefs, each accompanied by a student from the Vatel International Hotel & Tourism Management Business School in Mauritius, will be challenged to showcase
the extremely high quality and diversity of Valrhona chocolate.
The competition promises top level expertise, excellence and delicious art on a plate.
