THE CONCEPT
Since 2014, the Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau associates haute cuisine with coffee at the “Nespresso Café Gourmand” contest.
Pastry commis are invited to reinvent this well-known classic by proposing an original, creative and innovative coffee recipe, served with delicious petits fours.
Nespresso Grands Crus are thus provided for the commis coached by the previous winners to be used in their creations.
The exceptional quality, diverse origins and aromatic profiles offered by Nespresso are a gateway to revisiting the culinary universe of coffee and creating original, rich and tasty recipes.
Innovation, creativity and passion are the Commis’ watchwords.
These professionals will once again have to surpass the limits of their talent during the contest. Each Commis will have to pair Nespresso tastes to their creations to the best of their ability.
