Welcome to the 14th edition of the annual Constance Culinary event: Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau.

Until the 24th of March, you are invited to join us for a week-long of lively competitions
with Michelin-starred Chefs, culinary stars, talented chefs and geniuses of the culinary world at both Constance Belle Mare Plage & Constance Prince Maurice!
This very coveted culinary event goes beyond food and wine.
It unveils true passion, shows the importance of sharing and highlights the true charm of the Mauritian culture.

From the innovative 'Gateau Piment' competition to the most awaited Cocktail competition; this week will be both nerve-wracking and fun!
