THE CONCEPT
Constance Festival Culinaire presents Sweet Tapas Competition.
A competition that consists of four selected pastry chefs from Constance Belle Mare Plage and Constance Prince Maurice.
They will be challenged to create a sweet tapas with a pre-selected type of coffee, the Nespresso ‘’Origin Peru Organic’’.
Each pastry chef will be chaperoned by previous Nespresso Café Gourmand winners, who are also the Executive pastry Chefs at Constance Hotels & Resorts.
The competition promises creativity, sweet notes of mignardises, and subtle aromas of coffee – all together to create the finest delicacies.
