Our team of enthusiastic sommeliers bring a range of backgrounds to support Jerome Faure, Constance’s Head Sommelier, who has stocked a sparkling range of wines, carefully selected from some of the best winemakers from around the world. He delights in sharing his love of wine, which he has raised to an art form in itself.

He visits vineyards throughout the world (many leading winegrowers are friends of his) and he enjoys helping as many people as possible discover his own favorites and finding rare and distinguished wines that will make those special moments you spend with us totally unforgettable.

Jerome and our hotels’ head sommeliers have been very successful in training and developing the talents of our young sommeliers. Indeed, the highly regarded French award of Best Young Sommelier was recently given to one of the finest members of the Constance Hotels Experience’s team.
