Reinvigorate yourself with our specially tailored personal fitness training sessions.

Classes include:

  • Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) Stretching, considered to be one of the most effective forms of flexibility training
  • Kinesis Conditioning sessions combining strength training, flexibility and balance conditioning
  • Personal training - a trainer will monitor your progress during your stay, adapting your workout to achieve your own fitness goals including weight loss, weight gain, health benefits and body weight training.
  • Our Tennis Pro will be glad to be your one-to-one coach for your tennis lessons. He offers private lessons, shared lessons, or he can be your practice partner. He will tailor-make your lesson (or package of several lessons) accordingly to your game level and expectation.
