Eric d’Aramon from Château Figeac will be at Constance Halaveli Resort on Thursday 25th February 2010.

In collaboration with Manuel Schott (Head Sommelier of Constance Halaveli Resort), will be organised wine tastings for our sommeliers and a special evening for the guests.

Targets of the wine promotion:

- Discovery and knowledge of Château Figeac wines.

- Constant and regular training at Constance Hotels Experience to ensure the sommeliers are the best in their field of competence.

- Reinforcement of the level of wine knowledge given to the sommeliers of Constance Hotels Experience.
