Jerome Heranval, Managing Director of Château Durfort Vivens will be at Constance Halaveli Resort on Monday 30th November 2009.

In collaboration with Manuel Schott (Head Sommelier of Constance Halaveli Resort), he will organise a wine tasting for our sommeliers and a special evening for the guests of Constance Halaveli Resort.

Targets of the wine promotion:

- Discovery & knowledge of Château Durfort Vivens and Château Haut Bages Libéral wine.

- Constant and regular training at Constance Hotels Experience to ensure the sommeliers are the best in their field.

- Reinforcement of the level of wine knowledge given to the sommeliers at Constance Hotels Experience.

- Meet the owner to understand the company's philosophy and products better.
