Little history on the chocolate     |     Chef of Constance Lémuria Resort

Philippe Bertrand will be at Constance Lemuria Resort from the 16th to 21st February 2009 heading a week completely dedicated to chocolate.

He’s a member of the “Académie française du chocolat et de la confiserie”, of the “Association des croqueurs de chocolat de Paris” and of further associations. Philippe Bertrand is known all over the (chocolate)world, in 1996 he was awarded as best artisan “chocolatier-confiseur” in France, and he is regularly attending international chocolate fairs.

The objectives of the week are diversified:

- For the guests: Entertainment of high quality

- For the staff: Training and development

- For the hotel: Positioning amongst the gastronomic leaders in the Seychelles
