Didier Depond, President of the prestigious Salon Champagne house in France will be at Constance Le Prince Maurice on Thursday 30th April 2009.

In collaboration with Jerome Faure (Head Sommelier of Constance Hotels Experience), they will organise wine tasting for our sommeliers and a special evening for the clients of Constance Le Prince Maurice.

Targets of the champagne promotion:

- Discovery & knowledge of Salon & Delamotte Champagne.

- Constant and regular training at Constance Hotels Experience towards the excellence of the sommeliers.

- Update of champagne knowledge.

- Reinforcement of Constance Hotels Experience sommeliers level of wine knowledge

- Meet the owners and understand their philosophy on their field.
