Philippe Etchebest from the Hostellerie de Plaisance will be at Constance Belle Mare Plage from 29th to 31st January 2009.

In collaboration with Dominique Grel (Executive Chef of Constance Belle Mare Plage), Philippe Etchebest will organise 2 special evenings dedicated to the hotel guests. Furthermore, one Gala Evening will be organised.

The targets of the event:

- Discovery of the cuisine of one of the most reknown chefs in France.

- Association of Hostellerie de Plaisance’s cuisine and wines from Chantal & Gerard Perse’s properties.

- Presentation of quality and creativity towards our guests.

- Promotion of Constance Belle Mare Plage as one of the leaders of Mauritian gastronomy.

- Extension of our knowledge and training of the team members.
