Domaine Georges Vernay     

Christine Vernay and her husband Paul Amsellem, owners of Domaine Georges Vernay will be at Constance Belle Mare Plage as from the 10th to 18th January 2009.

In collaboration with Jerome Faure (Head Sommelier of Constance Hotels Experience), they will organise wine tasting for our sommeliers and a special evening for the clients of Constance Belle Mare Plage.

Targets of the wine promotion:

- Knowledge of Domaine Georges Vernay wines

- Training of the sommeliers

- Constant and regular training at Constance Hotels Experience towards the excellence of the sommeliers

- Update of the knowledge in wine

- Reinforcement of our level of wine knowledge

- Meet the owners and understand their philosophy on their field
