Thierry Germain, owner of Domaine des Roches Neuves, Saumur-Champigny will be at Constance Belle Mare Plage on Friday 6th March 2009.

In collaboration with Jerome Faure (Head Sommelier of Constance Hotels Experience), they will organise wine tasting for our sommeliers and a special evening for the clients of Constance Belle Mare Plage. Frédéric Goisset, Chef of Blue Penny Café has prepared a succulent menu for this special event.

Targets of the wine promotion:

- Knowledge of Domaine des Roches Neuves wines, Saumur-Champigny.

- Constant and regular training at Constance Hotels Experience towards the excellence of the sommeliers.

- Update of wine knowledge.

- Reinforcement of Constance Hotels Experience sommeliers level of wine knowledge.

- Meet the owners and understand their philosophy on their field.
