The Corporate Chef co-ordinates Hotels Constance's culinary efforts with flair and imagination, reigning over the gastronomy of Constance Le Prince Maurice, Constance Lémuria Resort, Constance Belle Mare Plage and Constance Lodge Tsarabanjina.
In a programme he calls CULINARY SPIRIT, he uses the fundamentals from the tropical kitchens of the spice route thus blending flavours from Asia, Africa and Europe.
