Job title: Languages Specialist -Italian Speaking - Constance Hotels Experience
To look after Non-English speaking guests and therefore organizing their reservations, arrivals, in house stay, requests, departures.
To participate in all Hotel activities and services offered to guest by displaying accurate, updated and relevant information
Take over Guest Relation Manager when not on duty
Liaise with the Front Office and Reservations Departments of the hotel to obtain all necessary information concerning arrivals, departures and in-house guests.
Work closely with the Reservations, Front Office and Guest Relations Departments of the hotel so as to obtain maximum information on the profiles of groups, VIPs, Commercially Important Customers, hotel guests etc.
Participate in Management Cocktails and other events in order to meet guests and entertain mainly Italian guests and provide feedback to Guest Relations Manager.
Listen to guests’ needs and attend to them immediately.
Anticipate potential problems even before they arise and take necessary action to ensure guests’ wellbeing at all times.
All guest issues are resolved and guest advised on the same day or at latest within 24 hours.
Perform any other related duties as may be assigned to from time to time by the Top Management.
At least three years experience in a similar position within a five star resorts environment
